At Dashing Diva, we want you to love your manicure. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your unused items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
